Galaxy Nails

As promised, galaxy nails :) I love this design, it looks so glittery in the sunlight!

I painted my nails black and sponged white on top, then rainbow colours over that. Then I used a dotting tool to create some stars and finished it off with glitter polish for added sparkle. Thanks to my friend for taking the photo on her iPhone :P

Glittery Princess Nails :)

'Pink Iridescent' by Barry M is my new favourite nail polish. It's so glittery but not in an overwhelming way, it's like fairy dust :P It's made up of small flecks of multi-coloured glitter in a pink gel, and goes so well with my pink nail gems.

It's not hard to remove as it's thinner than most glitter varnishes. My next design will be a galaxy/outer space look, which is why I bought this varnish in the first place so it looks like stars :) 

Zebra Nails

I say these are zebra nails only because I couldn't think of a name that better suited them :P The pattern on the tips kind of looks like zebra stripes but I didn't do it with the intention that it would look that way.

I used my new purples by Barry M and black striper again, but after doing them I went out and smudged one when I put my shoes on; I have a habit of doing them before I go to bed or before I have to do something which risks ruining them :/

Coming up...galaxy nails using my new Barry M Pink Iridescent glitter polish :D

Stripey French Tips

You may be able to tell that I get bored of my nail art quickly :P That's because I do my nails and then 10 seconds later I have another idea and want to try it out :) So here's another design, I think it's the third in the last week...

I'm already thinking about bow french tips for next time :S

Converse Nails

I've been putting this off for ages cus I didn't have striper pens to help with the difficult bits, but here are my converse nails :)

I tried to do a rainbow theme with the colours. It took ages as I had to let each layer dry, but I think it was worth it :P 

I got this blue and the purple next to it recently, they're both Barry M. The blue is very similar to the colour of my actual converse shoes, I have a red pair too :)

Polka Dots

I got a new colour by All About Nails called Raspberry and wanted to try it out so I did these cute and easy polka dots. I used a dotting tool but you can use a cocktail stick or a small pin  too. I love these polishes, they're only 99p at Tesco :P

Butterfly Nails

These nails are inspired by the Monarch butterfly :)

I used my new black and white Star Gazer striper nail pens that have a thin brush at one end and a squeezy pen at the other. This would look good in other colour combinations too.
